- Is there any commission if I pay cash on delivery?
- COD payment means no extra charges. You pay for your package on reception and there is no service charge included.
- If I live in Spain, what delivery charges do I pay?
- Delivery is free for all orders if you live in the Spanish peninsula. Portugal or the Balearic Islands, for orders under 50 € the delivery charge is 5 € (VAT incl.). All information on deliveries may be consulted here.
- How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?
- Most orders placed before 1 pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered at least 48 hours afterwards. From Monday to Friday (holidays excluded) delivery can be expected to take from 1 to 3 days.
- Who will deliver my order?
- Orders are delivered by Correos (Spanish postal service) or ASM Parcel Service.
- Who will receive my order if I am not at home?
- In the event that you are not at home when the order arrives, the parcel service company will leave a notification and a telephone number for you to arrange a delivery time and date.
- How do I cancel an order before it is sent?
- Just sent us an email to clientes@dermoventas.com and we will tell you how to proceed.
- How do I change my order before it leaves the warehouse?
- To change your order, send us an email to clientes@dermoventas.com including the number of the order to be changed and the changes to be made.
- Can I return my order?
- Of course you can return your order, provided you do so within 14 working days following reception of the order. Just notify us of your intention to return your order by sending an email to clientes@dermoventas.com and we will send you details of the returns procedure.
- Why are the outlet products cheaper?
- The products found in the outlet category have a bigger discount due to one of the following reasons: a different packaging (which might not be as the one shown in the picture) or a sell-by date shorter. In any case all the products are suitable to be used.
